Trendy Nail Bar

The Salon was super clean and full of customers. My granddaughters and I walked in an was greeting immediately. Asked for manicures for the two girls and a fill-in for myself. Only waited a few minutes and the owner and his daughter took great care of us. He offered us refreshments and was so pleasant and carried on conversation. The daughter did a magnificent on all of our polishes too!! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be going back!!

these are the rudest people I have ever met in my whole entire life. They are all about money. I went there at Christmas had my nails done they talk me into doing it their way. and my nails start falling off that same day I went back had that nail replaced the next day three more nails fell off before I got back to their salon not only did I get my nails done. I got my toes done I paid for my granddaughter to have a full set and get her toes done. I also bought three gift cards and I tipped the person that did Matt I tipped the person that did my granddaughters toes I tipped the person that did my nails. I tipped the person that did my granddaughters nails. Now today I call all my nails are still attached after they had to redo them twice all I need is a fill-in they were the rudest people ever hung up on me several times I thought we were having malfunction foam problems but they were continuously hanging up so the manager calls me we talk about it. She tells me to call back make an appointment explain to them what I want and we can go from there and they would give me a price , the man hung up on me again and then turns around and calls the police and says I am phone harassing them and cussing them with the words that start with MF0 my goodness I don’t even use that language the police wanted all my information. I just hung up and told them it all in their computer. They don’t have to worry about me coming back there no more , I would suggest that everyone goes somewhere different. There is some people out there that don’t have a certain amount of money to do their nails so they have to ask in advance. Of course, that was not my problem. I just wanted to know how much it cost so I would have the right amount on me when I got there. I didn’t want to take a bunch of cash with me , but it’s so unfair to everybody else. They would treat people like that and the sad part is as long as I was slinging out money left and right they were the nicest people ever when it came to me having to get my nails re-fixed within those two days that they kept messing them all up . how hard is it to answer a simple question I’m leaving my length. All I need is a fill-in. I’m sure they would have to recolor it and they could not even answer that and just kept hanging up and then called the police and told a lie I just could not believe that here’s some pictures of my nails, tell me what y’all would do if the situation was you

I used to come to this establishment very often. I loved their professionalism and cleanliness every time I visited. Now today I went with my daughter for us to do manicures. The service provided was unacceptable. The lady who did my nails “Mimi, behave bothered since the moment I sat down. First, she gave me hot boiling water. I told her and she was bothered. Following this she started cutting the cuticles very aggressively, making me bleed. She treated me as if she was bother to do my nails and keep insisting in doing my eyebrows or getting a pedi when I already mentioned that I didn’t need neither of those. She used an opened bag of nail tools instead of using sterile ones and didn’t bothered offering something to drink to neither my daughter or I. It was visible that they offered drinks to other clients who were also getting manicures, which doesn’t make sense. At the end, I needed to do my nails, and unfortunately, I am not happy with the end result. They look as if child would have done it. They loss one client.

They said on the phone it would be $40 for a gel fill in then when i came in and got the fill the lady told me after it would be $55? and then the lady told me it’s because i came in with square shape so her changing the shape costs extra + the length costs extra when they didn’t add any length i came in with the length that they ended up being?? so then the lady tells me at the end to be careful because they’re thin and i’ll break them if i hit them in something? so why didn’t she put more product if they’re charging me for more product? don’t come here your nails will break a week after paying 55$ and they didn’t even do a good job they were so uneven
